Human papillomavirus - caused by condymoma acuminatum (venereal warts) by sexual transmission and highly contagious:

Signs and symptoms:
vulvar or vaginal lumps or warty growths
bleeding
painless lesions but detected by pop smear
discharges increase
odorous

Management:
this should be treated during pregnancy to prevent contamination of baby during delivery
