• fungus stays in sweet environment, seen in diabetic patient
• they were usually in the intestinal tract that contaminates the vagina

Manifestation:

• thick and irritating vaginal discharge
• itchyness
• burning sensation.
  
• frquency of urination
• dysuria

Management

• intense perenial care
• miconazole nitrate vaginal cream as prescribed.
